Positive Change Is Coming!
PVCH has served our homeless Veterans population since 1994 with compassion, duty and respect. Located within close proximity to the Philadelphia Veterans Medical Center, PVCH has provided emergent respite for countless homeless and transitioning Veterans. Currently we provide food, clothing, and guidance to VA resources. In addition to daily comfort we provide open house meals on major US and Military holidays.
We partner with other Veteran Service Organizations to insure that our heroes receive all the benefits they have earned and deserve.
We have more work to do! PVCH is under renovations in order to return our House to a place of comfort, safety and solace for homeless women Veterans with nowhere else to go. Our small but mighty House will fulfill a niche in the VSO community by providing an open perimeter 24/7/365 for homeless women Veterans in transition. We will also provide resources for employment training, addiction counseling and referrals to permanent housing programs.
But to accomplish these goals, we need your help! Please support our renovations and ongoing programs by clicking the Donate button. Whether monetary or in-kind supplies, construction labor & materials, there are a variety of ways to get involved, all of which directly help our heroes!
